Purpose of the role:
Supporting a corporate team, you will effect banking instructions with supervision, construct basic written communications and liaise and communicate with your team on client instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that you deliver and support your team in delivering high quality service to all clients, working with the Director and intermediaries to ensure longevity of relationships
- You will be required to prepare minutes and any other documentation required for the administration of client structures under the supervision and direction of team members
- Ensure accurate completion of time sheets and demonstrate an awareness of the importance and effect of time recording
- Assist the team in payment and collection of fees and debtors in a timely manner
- Develop an awareness of risk policies and build an understanding of how these are applied to client and business situations, developing an awareness of the different risk roles undertaken within the business
Skills required:
- Fluent in English
- You will be expected to be educated to GCSE standards, or equivalent, and to be keen to seek relevant professional qualifications (such as STEP or ICSA)
