Assistant Administrator - ES - Corporate Trustee & Client Relationships Team

Purpose of the role:

As the Assistant Administrator, you will report into the Assistant Manager within the Corporate Trustee and Client Relationship Team.

Responsibilities:

  • External communication with members and clients
  • Supporting and mentoring new team members when required
  • Reducing risk of error by following set procedures
  • Ensuring careful consideration is given to all communications made externally
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and is accurate
  • Taking part in ad-hoc project work and new client take on - any project deadline will need to be met along with daily workloads
  • Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation

Skills required:

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must enjoy working part of a team
  • Proactive self-starter
  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation
