Purpose of the role:
To provide assistance and support to the team with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate structures (including companies, partnerships and trust structures), ensuring that an efficient and high-quality service is delivered to clients at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing payment instructions and checking supporting documents and undertaking call backs to verify the details
- Understanding the different requirements and processes for different categories of clients
- Monitoring receipt of funds and providing confirmation when received
- Drafting simple correspondence for review to include emails, letters, minutes
- Assist with opening bank accounts
- Maintaining and updating data on the systems
- Dealing with safe custody items
Skills required:
- Educated to minimum GCSE level or equivalent
- Some office or general administrative experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and offshore fiduciary services would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal English, including a confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
