Purpose of the role:
Provide day-to-day support and administration for the business. You will be able to quickly adapt to new solutions and evolving business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second- and third-line support for applications in the Microsoft Stack to include Power Platform, M365, SharePoint online and Power Automate
- Provide operational support and configuration management to both client-facing and support teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Promote best practice business processes across the organisation
- Continued development of new custom solutions, including refactoring of legacy systems utilising Microsoft technology best practices and industry standards
Skills required:
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identify key issues and present information concisely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Web Application development including knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Design, Develop and Document solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to include Canvas Power Apps, Model-driven Power Apps, Portal based Power Apps and Power Automate
