Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring of all assets held within Employer Solutions’ spectrum of service lines - pension and retirement plans, employee benefit trusts and deferred compensation plans - accurately and on a timely basis.
Responsibilities:
- Run daily reports to ensure fund ranges are correct, identify any discrepancies or changes and liaise with other teams within Employer Solutions on any findings
- Work with Employer Solutions’ investment advisors to ensure all relevant monitoring of investments is undertaken and any recommended changes are actioned
- Ensure that data is collated and sent to third parties on a timely basis such that reviews of externally managed accounts and any non-standard investments are completed within agreed timeframes
- Review, investigate and, where applicable, action any points raised on managed account or non-standard investment reviews
- Review and monitor private companies in which Employer Solutions have a holding
Skills required:
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Confident communicator (written and oral)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong IT skills and good knowledge of Excel
- Investment and/or trust knowledge desired but not essential
