Purpose of the role:
You will play a key part in providing a wide range of administration services to a high quality and diverse portfolio of clients in the provision of private wealth services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of Private Equity/Corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure that you have an understanding of the Private Equity transactions you are working on, provide technical support and training to other team members as and when required
- Ensure client and intermediaries expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team in the market place and the potential for repeat work and referrals
- Assist with the incorporation of companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business
Skills required:
- You will be part or fully qualified with STEP or ICSA and you'll have a keen interest in continuous personal development
- Having knowledge of a specialist legal industry software e.g. Practice Management Systems, Document Management Systems (DMS) and Viewpoint
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Being able to build relationships and work as part of a team
- A desire to succeed within a financial services role
