About this role:
As a Corporate Services Administrator you will take accountability and responsibility for a portfolio of clients. You will follow established procedures and company policies to ensure seamless support to our clients, whilst managing your own workload and coordinating a variety of tasks related to client matters.
Key responsibilities:
• Taking accountability for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and building professional relationships with those clients and any associated intermediaries.
• To support the wider Corporate team day to day with a varied number of client related matters.
• Assisting with transactions across varied asset types, including capital markets, debt and structured finance, real estate, Islamic finance, amongst other.
Skills and experience
• Previous experience working with Corporate Services Clients or previous experience in an administration role.
• A good understanding of Trust and Company administration.
• Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification or willingness to do so.
• Experience building a strong rapport with colleagues and clients.:
