Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for providing high quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, primarily focused on real estate investment, with particular emphasis on the client service aspects of the business, delivering excellent client services levels at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of real estate fund, corporate and fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
- Ensure that you have an understanding of the transactions you are working on, provide technical support and training to other team members as and when required
- Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team in the market place and the potential for repeat work and referrals
- Assist with the incorporation of Jersey companies, Unit Trusts, Limited Partnerships and Fund vehicles and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business
- Ensure timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, recording time (if applicable) and managing WIP and debt collection
- Ensure consistent high quality client service levels are adhered to across your portfolio of clients and deal swiftly with any identified issues
- Be familiar with and act at all times in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures
Skills required:
- Knowledge of a specialist legal industry software e.g. Practice Management Systems, Document Management Systems (DMS) and Viewpoint
- You may be part or fully qualified with STEP/ICSA or you'll have a keen interest in continuous personal development
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships and work as part of a team
