Purpose of the role
The role supports the companies digital marketing initiatives and campaigns collaborating with experienced market professionals to execute strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), content creation.
Main responsibilities and duties
Work collaboratively with the divisional marketing teams to support the delivery of business development and marketing plans in particular in the following areas:
Website:
- Support with the management of the companies suite of websites – maintenance and uploading of content.
- Support ad-hoc web development projects
- Support SEO strategy tasks, including keyword research, on-page content optimisation, and technical improvements.
Digital Marketing:
- Support the development and implementation of content marketing strategies, including creating and optimising website content, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital assets, such as videos and motion graphics, infographics, and interactive content.
- Support the delivery of paid ad campaigns for the divisional teams
General:
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and the companies policy and procedure
- Adhere to the companies core values and expected behaviours;
- Support the internal and divisional teams with the execution of events (both in person and virtual). This might require occasional evening work where time in lieu will be awarded.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and platforms
- Proficiency in utilising social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
