Purpose of role:
A member of a dedicated team, providing comprehensive administration services to our international client base and their structures. Administering a growing portfolio of Fund and Corporate client structures, many holding real estate in the UK and elsewhere.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors.
- Assist the Senior Administrator/ Manager/ Client Services Director in providing training to Assistant Administrators, where necessary.
- Acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio in accordance with the procedures as published on the intranet.
About you:
- Good GSCE’s/ A-Levels / Degree or equivalent;
- 2/3 years’ experience in the Funds/Corporate Services field or similar administration services;
- Hold, studying towards or wishing to start studying a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI/ICSA or STEP).
