Purpose of the role:
Administering a growing portfolio of Fund and Corporate client structures, many holding real estate in the UK and elsewhere.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a defined client portfolio, including Fund and Corporate client structures of all types e.g., JPUT’s, Limited Partnership’s, Companies and Trust’s.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors.
- Assist the Senior Administrator/ Manager/ Client Services Director in providing training to Assistant Administrators, where necessary.
- Undertake the billing and debt collection for your client portfolio.
Skills required:
- Good GSCE’s/ A-Levels / Degree or equivalent.
- 2/3 years’ experience in the Funds/Corporate Services field or similar administration services.
