Purpose of the role:
This is a 6 months Fixed term contract. You will provide administrative services to support the Frontline with delivery of excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Action requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards
- Execute processes ensuring high standards of data quality
- Executing requests within agreed timescales
- Flag any potential SLA issues to team members/Manager
- Support project initiatives, system changes or process enhancements that impact the Operations Function
- Comply with local regulatory and AML/CFT requirements
Skills required:
- Relevant professional qualification, ideally A level or equivalent
- A willingness to study towards a JFSC Category C, Table 5 qualification, or equivalent
- Knowledge of systems and software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, ViewPoint, Bank Clarity etc.
- Basic understanding of Trust and Company Administration
