Purpose of the role:
You will have a key role in providing a wide range of administration services to a boutique high quality small portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients in the provision of corporate and fiduciary services with exposure to varying jurisdictions with a broad range of asset class focuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing administration support to the team for the administration of a diverse portfolio of fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are conducted effectively, proactively and to the highest standard
- Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured
- Assist with the effective administration of workload to include timely and accurate processing of work, effective prioritisation, and meeting transactional, statutory and internal procedural deadlines
Skills required:
- Studying towards a recognised professional qualification
- Knowledge of specialist industry software i.e., Practice Management Systems, Document Management Systems will be an advantage
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with colleagues, clients and intermediaries
- Two years of private client/wealth administration experience (preferred but not essential)
