Purpose of the role:
The role involves working within a team supported and developed by the Senior Managers, Associate Directors, and Client Directors.
Responsibilities:
- To provide quality support to members of the team, helping them to administer a portfolio of clients.
- Ensuring all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures and the rules, guidelines, and expectations of the local regulator.
- Preparing and executing payments; drafting minutes as requested to assist administrators; completing forms e.g. FATCA/CRS and setting up activities in NAV for the team, assisting with clearing activities
About you:
- Good technical knowledge of trust and company administration processes.
- Self-motivated with energy and commitment to the role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with both staff and external parties.
