About the role:
The postholder will have responsibility for collating and reviewing the due diligence for the client structures and their investors serviced by the company as well as assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports and performing regulatory monitoring on client fund structures.
Responsibilities
- CDD is initially collated on each new entity at the take-on / establishment of the structure, and on investors at the point each becomes an investor. In addition, on-going reviews are undertaken on a risk based periodicity.
- Complete regular CDD reviews of client structures and investors.
- Ensure all high risk investors / clients are correctly identified as such and that enhanced due diligence procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout the life of the relationship.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of the AML / CFT and tax transparency requirements required to be met by regulated funds services’ businesses in Jersey.
- Required to confidently liaise with clients and investors on a day to day basis.
- Possess an ability to disseminate information and respond quickly.
