Purpose of the role:
To provide a comprehensive and professional service to the immediate team of Executive Assistants ensuring that they are fully supported across a wide range of executive board and group partner activities.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of diary appointments as needed
- Managing correspondence and formatting documentation
- Maintain online filing system, ensuring that filing is carried out on a regular basis (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning)
- Preparation and processing of invoices
- Assisting with the organisation of in-house and external meetings along with travel bookings as necessary
Skills required:
- Experience of providing administration work to a Senior Management or Executive team ideally within a professional services environment
- Self-motivated and highly professional, with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
