Purpose of the role:
This role is to provide a comprehensive and professional service to the immediate team of Executive Assistants ensuring that they are fully supported across a wide range of Executive Board and group partner activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Assistants
- Assist with the organisation of Executive Board and Partner meetings
- Scheduling of diary appointments as needed
- Managing correspondence and formatting documentation
- Maintain online filing system, ensuring that filing is carried out on a regular basis (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning)
- Preparation and processing of invoices
- Assisting with the organisation of in-house and external meetings along with travel bookings as necessary
Skills required:
- Computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Office
- Experience of providing administration work to an executive team ideally within a professional services environment
- Self-motivated and highly professional, with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing your own time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
